We cheerfully accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner's Club through PAYPAL. Orders which are paid for through PAYPAL usually ship with 24-hours.

PAYPAL is a free membership which allows you to send and accept monies over the internet through a totally secure system. There is no membership fee to belong; you do need to register in order to use it, so you may want to register before shopping.

International & Domestic Money Orders are accepted, but International Money Orders must be in US Funds only, made payable to ROXANNE JARVIS.

We accept payment by check through the US Post. Please print out your order and mail that along with your remittance so that we will know what order it belongs too.

In the shopping cart at the bottom of the page you must select "MAIL A CHECK". Please select this option for payment by check.

Make check payable to: ROXANNE JARVIS only, and not Tolefairie Treasures please.

Merchandise which has been paid for by check will have a 3-day holding period; thereafter we will ship your goods upon the check's clearance at our banking institution.

A $25.00 fee will be charged on all checks returned to us for insufficient funds.

Due to the nature of this business, we do not accept returns on any materials which are designs (i.e. book form, pattern packets). Should we fail to place something in your packet we will be more than happy to make sure your materials are complete.

Should something arrive broken or damaged, please notify us right away. We'll be happy to exchange the item(s) upon receipt of the damaged item(s).

Insured Orders

We will be happy to show proof of shipment through the USPS or UPS shipping carriers receipt, however, we cannot be held responsible for parcels after they are shipped and have left our facility.

Insured Orders will be reshipped unconditionally. There is a short waiting period so that we may trace the missing package. If tracking & retrieval are unsuccessful we will cheerfully reship your order!

E-packets are on-line accessible pattern designs which require a User Name & Passcode. Generally speaking this information is processed within a 24-hour period so that you may access it right away. In the event Roxanne is traveling there may be a delay in the information being transferred to you, but we will make every attempt to get this to you as expeditiously as possible.

Tolefairie Treasures cannot be held responsible for your equipment and the outcome of your printing. We have successfully had e-patterns on our website for 2 years with great results. But if your computer is very old you may have a longer wait in accessing these designs which are in Adobe pdf files.

In the event you do not pick up your e-pattern after we have issued your access letter, we will send you a reminder to please do so. E-patterns DO NOT stay activated for periods to exceed 48-hours. If we do not hear back from you and you do not pick up your pattern(s), the access will be deactivated.

A $3.00 charge will be incurred to reactivate any e-pattern which has not been picked up.
