Now
this little lady is the "baby" of the group and her name
is "Sammy" or Samantha Ware. She's Linda Ware's granddaughter,
and as you can see - she's also a talented little artist! I'm sure
before it's all said and done we'll all be reading about her doing
big things with her art skills. She was so cute - and I kept hugging
her all weekend. What a precious baby she is!
Sammy, I'm sure
glad you decided to join us for this weekend. So great it is to
see younger people enjoying the decorative arts!

You may call
her "Madam President", but her friends call er' "High
Roller Judy" <giggles> Judy McCourry is the CCCP President
and she leads this wacky group all over the place! She tried her
best to "persuade" us to go to the casinos which are strategically
placed along the way to the coastline, but she digressed, and gave
us the "real" directions to getting to the ocean. I promised
Judy that while casinos were not my favorite thing, next time we'd
have to stop in and help her "fix". LOL This special lady
sent my son a get-well card just prior to my leaving. Does that
tell you what kind of people the CCCP's are?
Judy and her
husband will retire to Arizona in 2 years. I'm not sure how the
CCCP's are going to make it without her!

Now
these two honery ones (on both sides of course), are my room monitors,
Ms. Jo and Lori. These two wonderful girls kept order in the court
while the "head jester" tried to work the room!
Lori does the
most beautiful rosemaling pieces and I'm sure we'll be seeing some
of her wonderful things in magazines to come. Ms. Jo won the brush
case I painted (while it is hard to see, it is in front of Lori
on the table). We were all so excited with the raffles!
Thank you both
for taking care of the "business" stuff while I got to
teach. It made my life so easy . . . just like this entire trip!

Note to the
group . . .
Girls, this was clearly one of the most fun I've had in a long,
long time! I cannot thank you enough for sharing yourselves with
me for that special 3 days of painting and sightseeing.
I look forward
to seeing you all again one day,
and all you have to do is give me a call!
Thanks so much for one fastastic week.
The Tolefairie!
